1. Website Symbols: What do they mean?

PRODUCT/JUST ARRIVED: Denotes a product that is newly introduced
to our range, as a matter of fact, some products are so new that they
may not be available immediately after publishing them on the website.
It is advisable to check first on the date of availability especially
if it is also noted with the comment : 'Shipping delays may be
experienced with this product'

SELLER: Denotes
a product that is one of our Best Sellers. We would therefore recommed
this product any day!!
ON
SALE:This symbol marks products which are currently on Special pricing,
take advantage of these Pricing discounts, they may not last long!!
HEAVY: Bulky
items cost a bit more to freight and cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box
HEAVY
DUTY: Products that have this symbol are built for punishment and
usually have higher duty cycles than other products.
BEST
BUY: Denotes
a product that we believe is fantastic value for money, for those occasions
where you are looking for an absolute bargain. We will not be beaten
on price on this product.

Warranties: Each product will display its Warranty
Period on the Website. Packages will Display "Ind Prod",
which indicates that the warranties apply to the products individually.
The Warranty Period starts from the date of the purchase Invoice. Please
note: 7 RR means 7 Days Return or Replace. For Warranty or any repairs,
please return the product to your place of purchase with your
proof of purchase or if you are not near a Industry Gear Dealer please send
an e-mail to service@lswonline.com to find out where to return the unit
to. Any freight costs related to returning the unit to LSW repair centre
are to be borne by the customer, we will pay to ship the unit back to
you if it is covered by Warranty. Otherwise, you would need to organise
the return shipping at your expense.
